1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Marin Hoovers Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Supply & Delivery

All equipment and stationery supplies are subject to availability. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on stock and location within Zambia.

3. Décor & Event Services

Booking for décor services requires a structured deposit as outlined in individual service contracts. Cancellations made within 7 days of an event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

Marin Hoovers Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our equipment or the performance of our event services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
